Company Law Changes 05 March 2024
As part of a package of measures to increase transparency and accurate information on the register at Companies House there are a few measures to be introduced on 5 March 2024.
1. Registered email address
Every company will require a registered email address with Companies House to communicate. This address will not be part of the public record and is in addition to the company registered office address.
This will be included in the first confirmation statement after 5 March 2024 and we shall be asking clients for this information.
2. Confirmation that intended future activities of the company will be lawful
This will be a new statement included on the annual confirmation statement
