HMRC Self Assessment filing figures
HMRC have revealed that 3,003 taxpayers filed their Self Assessment tax returns online on the 25th December. It seems that doing tax returns has become part of the Christmas Day tradition!!
More than 11 million taxpayers are expected to complete a 2018/19 Self Assessment tax return form by the 31st January 2020 deadline.
