Probate Fees amendment withdrawn
In November 2018 the Government proposed to amend probate fees from the current flat fee structure to one based on the value of the deceased's estate.
The Government has announced that it plans to withdraw the statutory instrument and instead review court fees, including probate as part of a wider review.
